The only one acting like a child here right now is you. There's nothing wrong with expecting competency from your teammates in a cooperative and team building game like XIV is. It's an MMO, you need to work together and communicate with your other party members effectively for everyone to have their fun together.

If you want to be selfish and think only of yourself, might I suggest a single player game then? Maybe Hello Kitty Island Adventure would be up your alley mi'lady.
