You can buy both of the Lorebooks from the SE Store.
If you use the NA or EU store, the books should be in English.

Shipping may be expensive though, especially if you’re ordering from the NA store and you don’t live in the US.

Only if you are on (or near) the American continent. The EU store only has the 2nd part (and it's currently on a waitlist) and the NA store doesn't ship to anywhere else. Really not the best way to handle merchandise if you ask me ...
