Unexpected Error Encounters

Recently, I have decided to return to the game after a year break. However, in just one week after installing the game, multiple errors have been occurring since.

First Encounter (First Install during Free login Campaign)
Frequency: From 2 minutes to 15 minutes after logging in.
Steps:
1. Login
2. Walk around
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv_dx11.exe............
attempt to fix:
-Updated Windows 10
-Updated Driver
-Deleted FF14 in documents/My Games
->did not fix
(Fixed by entirely reinstalling the game, took 15 hours)
It worked perfectly afterwards, for 2-3 days .. so I continued playing msq, until I played a cutscene from msq: The_Primary_Agreement.

Second Encounter (The_Primary_Agreement/ The_Burn (4.0 Dungeon))
Frequency: Whenever I tried to login, crash on loading screen.
Steps:
1. Login
2. select my character
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv_dx11.exe............
attempt to fix:
-Uninstalled, Reinstalled, update, rolledback Driver
-Deleted FF14 in documents/My Games
-Switched Compatibility mode: Windows 7
->did not fix
(Fixed by using dx9)
I am able to watch the cutscene and continue to play the dungeon with dx9, then was able to switch back to dx11.

Third Encounter (Random Crash)
Frequency: 1-5 minutes after login.
Steps: (dx11 and dx9)
1. Login
2. Interact with the interface / NPC / walk around.
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv_dx11.exe............
(Fixed by entirely reinstalling the game, took another 15 hours)
It got more stable afterwards, no more crashes. Until I played the first 4.0 24-man raid, I am not able to enter the dungeon with dx11 and also gets error using dx9.

Forth Encounter (The Royal City of Rabanastre)
Steps:
1. Login
2. select my character
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv_dx11.exe............
4. Start the game again with dx9
4. Rejoined the party.
5. Fight the last boss
6. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv.exe...........
7. Was still able to move, but sound got weird, limited sound effect, no more animations, some effect did not load, and background music stopped.
I was able to finish the dungeon, but as soon as the boss fell, and my screen goes whole black and stuck when it tried to load a cutscene. Did many things trying to fix this afterwards.

Fifth Encounter (The Will of the Moon 4.0 msq)
Steps: (dx11)
1. Fighting the first half of the msq instance.
2. Defeated the boss
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ffxiv_dx11.exe............
(Fixed by entirely reinstalling the game, took another 15 hours)
Could able to complete and play any cutscene with dx11 afterwards.

Sixth Encounter (The Royal City of Rabanastre [update]Prima Vista)
Steps: (dx11/dx9)
1. Queued into the alliance dungeon : The Royal City of Rabanastre or enter Prima Vista (Now I cannot login to my account because I get stuck in the loading screen)
3. Crash : An Unexpected Error has occured - ntdll.dll, AcLayers.DLL, d3d11.dll(dx11) or MSCTF.dll(dx9)............
Did not know if I should uninstall again, I have tried many methods, even "for %d in (*.dll) do regsvr32 -s %d" , nothing worked. I am wondering if I should reinstall again.. This is getting frustrating, I would like to fix this once and for all.

I apologize for the delay in our response to your post. Have you tried performing a cleanboot on your system? Also are you running the game on a computer or a laptop?

Thank you for the reply, and yeah, i tried clean boot but not really working, and I play on laptop.
However, the problem is once again solved by reinstalling the game entirely.
I am confused why this is happening, but at least it is solved. No more problem seems to occur afterwards.
In case this happens again, I made a copy of the clean install. But yeah, at least it is running perfectly right now.

Thank you for the update Rhyxan.

I'm glad you were able to find a solution. It's starting to sound like your installation is continually getting corrupted. Hopefully you won't need to use that back up.
