An unexpected error has occured

I keep getting this message when I play FFXIV. It's usually before I enter some kind of instance or after I complete it, like a dungeon or a duty. I'm even on Directx 9 and it's still happening! I'm at the end of my rope. My PC could run this game easily at 60 FPS a few months ago but now I can't even play for more than a couple hours without being booted out for some reason.

When did this start happening and did anything on your PC change/update that coincides with it?

Do you notice any pattern to the crash? Does it only happen in certain areas or while using certain characters?

Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

This started happening a few months ago, I don't remember exactly which month but it was either early October or late September. I can answer for a fact that it was not before patch 4.4 was released. Some time after it for sure. As for any sort of pattern, most of the time it happens whenever I enter or leave an instance, such as a dungeon or a duty. That's not always the case, as it happened just the other day twice within 5-10 minutes, once in Directx 11 and again in Directx 9. As for using certain characters, I only have the one character on Zalera. Maybe there was a Windows update, I'm not certain. And here is the system report.

-Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
