FFXIV 2018 NA FANFEST "WORLD VISIT" Feature Suggestion

Would the FFXIV development team consider utilizing the "WORLD VISIT" feature to reinvigorate other FFXIV content such as Diadem?

For example:
The FFXIV development team would create "Diadem Worlds" on each Data Center
Then players on Aether Data Center would utilize the "World Visit" feature to access
the Aether - Diadem Server.

In this manner the Diadem Server for each respective data center can be utilized for "open world events" as well as creating additional Weekly and Daily "Grand Company" or even "Free Company" Hunts such as Notorius Monsters from Diadem.
The Development team could also utilize these Diadem servers for Seasonal Events, additional "Limited Jobs" content, as well as community events.

I'm kind of confused about this suggestion honestly. Diadem is already cross-server, so why make a new Diadem Server that just serves as another place to queue into Diadem from? Why not have the open world events hosted on the already populated servers, and not a new Diadem Server?

currently Diadem is an instance. What i am asking for is to make it a "zone/server" with no time limit so that when you visit it, they can then have a more controlled environment with server settings rather than having to alter the actual instance or gameplay. for example they can add buffs/debuffs easier to the diadem server rather than the diadem that players queue for

That wouldn't be The Diadem then, what your asking is to create something new, basically, if they would have to redesign the entire instance into its own world.
And how would such content continue with no time limit, what happens when the server hits some kind of limit like 20,000 players in the area, there would need to be limitations. :P

Diadem already exists outside the instance. It's called grinding FATEs.
