30 Days of Play

Good Evening,

I am writing you because of an issue that occurred after buying the Expansion through the Monday sale. The following day I had put the code in (Mog station) to install the expansion to play the game. When I logged in it told me I had 3 days of play time. I know for a fact the expansions came with 30 days (bought it on the Square Enix website) but for some reason it only came with 3.

Welp today is day 3... So i kinda want my 27 other days.

Expansions don't come with game time, though.

You only get 30 days when applying the code for the base game to a new account.

It was the complete edition, it was on sale. When I read it it said it came with everything and 30 days. So if i didn't have an account I would have gotten the 30 days?

I assume the character that you're posting this on, isn't on the account you're talking about?

Lodestone shows that your character has existed since at least 2015, based on achievements gained in that year.

I didn't say i didn't have an account. But with what you're saying it it sounds like "if I didn't" have an account I would have gotten the 30 days. I was missing all of the expansions on the PC so I bought the bundle that was on sale. So yeah you're right in the fine print it says: The 30-day free play period included with purchase can only be applied once to each platform on a single service account. Moreover, this 30-day free play period is not applicable to platforms on which a license has already been registered. Okay that answers that. Thanks.
