Can't complete my Pagos weapon

In the 3 weeks I've been farming NMs and light I've not seen Louhi spawn at all, and with the NM spawn rates it'll take me another 2 months to finish just one Pagos weapon just trying to get the crystals to buy the Louhi ice I need.

I knew this thing was grindy but god damn, I miss Relic books

That's weird, it took me around 2 weeks to do level 20 to 35 and my weapon (with several Louhi) and it was roughly at the time Pyros came out. And it was on Chaos too...
Do you play at peak hours? (EU evening / weekends)

I moved to Tonberry because I'm Australian and never got to play in Peak EU time (not sure why my profile hasn't updated, this was months ago)

Also now that Pagos is no longer the main area, people no longer want to spawn Louhi, no one joins groups in the Instance or PF.

You need to take it upon yourself to get a spawn group together if your instances aren't spawning him. I've personally never had issues with ice. Light has always been the last thing I get done when leveling a character and I've leveled a few. Instances on Aether are pretty full afternoons and evenings for me but playtimes can be an issue at this point I'm sure.

A low spawn rate at Pagos is due to a bad instance. Either people don't want to split or way too many AFK players following the train and hoping for the best. A few coordinated groups in there can spawn everything available in around two hours top.

That's the problem, it shouldn't take that long. I've been in multiple instances where everything available was prepped and 30 minutes later still not a single NM pop. It really sucks.

I've had more "waiting times" in Anemos trying to spawn Hazmat, Fafnir and Polyphemus than in Pagos actually (though I've only seen Cassie once, when I was level 24 lol). It all comes down to RNG at some point. And players involvement, as Driavna said.

There needs to be some sort of RNG protection. If the conditions are met something should happen.

Don't HAVE to defeat Louhi anymore to get pagos relic, if you go to the expedition birdwatcher, you can buy Louhi's Ice for 50 pagos crystals each.

I see him often enough. Heck, I hopped right into Pagos about 2 hours ago just in time for the instance to start prepping him. About 20 minutes later, there he was. Maybe it's just bad luck or bad timing if people aren't seeing him spawn. I just know I see him fairly often. I've only recently been able to get rewarded properly though.

You can just buy the ice now. Thats why people are bothering anymore.
