Might be worth taking it to court to see though. GDPR does state though that online identifiers count, and people can use your online identifier to track and source your RL identity. It actually happened to me quite recently.

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.
Now we are starting to nitpick. But you are right, i should have made an EXACT list of the chats i mean...not that it could be obvious that i meant chats that everyone can read.
These would be extreme cases which are highly unlikely. But if that would count as personal data, things like lodestone would be completly illegal and your character name had to be censored for everyone besides you to protect your private data.
