No, not "problem solved". This would just increase OP's issue due to the negative stigma hiding one's logs carries.

Your best bet would probably be to run the content with friends if possible. The unpleasant part of the ffxiv community is very present in raid content.

There is plenty of negativity outside of the raid community. Unpleasantry isn't limited to just raiders.

It's not unpleasantry to not want to carry someone who underperforms when you step into Savage content. It's not unpleasantry to want someone who will perform their role adequately and not be dead weight.

The people that assume you are hiding poor performance are precisely the lot you want to avoid.

Because 9 times out of 10, those who hide their logs don't have stellar ones to begin with. And a lot of parties for weekly clears do not want to deal with a mystery box of a player if they're looking to get in and get out. And the party leader is well within their rights to kick players as they see fit from their party.



To OP: I doubt you're getting kicked specifically because of your job of choice. Most Aether parties I see are either completely open for roles or they already have locks in place - and the only reason you would be locked out of groups is if they have already met their requirements for melee, or there is another Striking melee in the group who doesn't want to fight you for loot (like a MNK).

More than likely you're being removed due to joining a party for the wrong reasons (e.g., you've joined a weekly 2 chest group but haven't actually cleared the content), or you have consistently bad logs - multiple greys with no visible signs of improvement are a thing some players do not want to deal with in Savage. I would suggest working on improvements to your performance if you truly think this is why you are being removed from groups.
