What to do about knock backs?

DRK and WAR have a gap closer as a countermeasure plunge (DRK lvl54) and osnlaught (WAR lvl62) and anti-knock backs inner release (WAR lvl 70), holmgang (lvl 42), you have to use it properly to counter the knock, depending of the frequency of 3 tanks only WAR have it on demand 100% of the time since plunge is a dps lost hold It more that a few seconds and is better use sprint instead.

Sorry a lil off topic here but why is Plunge a dps loss?

EDIT: Oh sorry do you mean to HOLD plunge is a dps loss?
