    Can't connect to Europe data center 2002

    Hi,
    This problem started last night and since than can't connect.
    Sometimes I can get to character select but after login in with chat it disconnects me with 2002.
    Before last night all was totally okay.
    Tried to connect to NA - all works totally fine.

    -Steam, battle.net, chrome, telegram, windows mail

    Erehon I am going to ahead and suggest a couple more things. Have you tried running the game without the background programs you listed?

    Please try the following:

    -Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. For Windows
    -Change the DNS to 8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1.
    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

    Tried both of Your advises and no success.
    I also tried all things from this thread. Same problems.
    By the way in the morning till 10 a.m. all was okay. But suddenly stopped work.

    BTW,
    In day time all was okay but on prime time have a packet loss again.
    I asked my IPS for help maybe then can figure out about my problem.
