    Constant 90006

I've written into tech support before, and tweeted you. No response.

I havent been able to do much in the game for a few weeks now. Everytime I play, there is incredible lag and I get 90006 way too often.

My internet connection is fine, I can play other online games with zero problems. Just this one. Getting really friggen frustrating.

I am playing on ps4. Is there a reason this keeps happening??

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

When did this first start happening? How long are you able to play before you get disconnected? Do you notice a pattern to it?

What have you tried so far in order to alleviate the error?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

It's been happening for quite a few weeks. It usually happens when I go into an instance/dungeon. I have reset the modem numerous times, called my ISP to ensure things work fine, and restarted my ps4 a lot.

Nothing works. It did it again today.

Good morning thank you for the response,

We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred. Please try the following:

    - Please make sure that "Cookies" and " JavaScript" are Enabled on the PSN Browser. This can be done by going to the web browser on the PS4 and pressing the options button.
    - Select "Settings" and there the options for " Cookies" and "Javascript" will probably be checked. Please uncheck them and then recheck them.

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router. You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

    Hope to see you online!
