I would like to thank Agent Jonella for helping me with a code redemption issue. I had visited Las Vegas for Fan Fest and picked up items I pre-ordered. I waited until I returned home before opening them, and attempted to redeem the code from Encyclopedia Eorzea: Vol II. It said the code had already been redeemed, so I sent in a support ticket to help resolve the issue. I received a response and after verifying the purchase, I was given a new code. The new one stated it was invalid, so I sent in another ticket. They responded very quickly and gave me the correct code(it was one letter off) and apologized for the inconvenience. I am glad that such wonderful people work customer service for such an amazing company.
