Yet another DirectX11 error

Hello, i'm a new player of FFXIV and since the first time i tried launching the game with DirectX11 i've encountered this error:

My GPU fully supports DX11 (it's an AMD Radeon RX580) and this is the first game which gives me this kind of problem. If it can help, i've already tried setting ffxivboot.exe, ffxivlauncher.exe, ffxiv.exe and ffxiv_dx11.exe to Win7+administrator compatibility mode.

If i may, please allow me to say i want to play with DirectX11, and asking me to try playing with DX9 won't solve the problem (it works, i just wanna play the game with better graphics with DX11 and there's no reason this gpu shouldn't run it)

Please try the following:

- Update and reinstall the drivers for your graphics card
-Perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and select the 'Start up' Tab. Disable everything

I'll try the clean boot options. As for the video drivers, i installed the latest version from AMD site something like 4 hours before writing the starting post

Nothing changed, sadly. I've also tried disabling the Steam Overlay and checked if any other graphic modding software (i use GeDoSaTo for other games but not for this) were running in the background. There weren't any.

The other thing I would suggest is reinstalling the game as well as deleting locally saved content (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV).

I'd like to gather some more information about the situation. Do you notice any pattern to the crashes (Only happens in certain areas, only while doing certain actions, etc.). About how long can you play before the crash occurs? Does changing to Windowed or Borderless Fullscreen make any difference?

Do you have a way to monitor your GPU? Do you notice it overheating? Are you overclocking it?

I'm not overclocking my gpu and i constantly check it with both the integrated Windows 10 Task Manager and the gpu/cpu monitor provided by asus (i always keep them on my second screen).
I can't change any of the options you listed because i can't even start playing to tweak them. I insert my username, password and OTP, the Play button show up and as soon as i press it, i receive the error.
