    Postmoogle Missing for "Blues on Emerald Avenue" Quest

    Hey

    Bit late to the party but I'm currently chipping away at the Postmoogle quests. I just finished The Hazy Professor and now the Deputy Postmoogle has gone MIA.

    Reading online the next quest is apparently Blues on Emerald Avenue but I just can't seem to take it. It does have a prerequisite quest - The Rise and Fall of Gentlemen - but I did this quest years ago and indeed it's listed as completed in my journal.

    I assume I've just missed something though. Anyone know what it could be?
