Missing Palace of the Dead Aetherpool Gear

Not sure if my ticket went through since I didn't get an email notification, so I'll post this here too. For some reason all my Palace of the Dead weapons have disappeared sometime between my last two subscriptions, and I have no idea how. I've worked really hard for them, and am really frustrated that they're gone. Is it possible to have them restored somehow? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried using isearch? Maybe one of your retainers is using them?

Although (and sorry if you were already aware of this), if you upgraded to the Kinna gear, you lose the Padjali version in the process. Just mentioning in case you'd forgotten and/or if it's relevant.

I searched everywhere and can't find them. I had like 13 Padjali and 1 or 2 Kinna. They were all there before Patch 4.35...

I think you need to create a ticket with SE (these forums are really for customers to help other customers, they can't solve account problems here).

Looking at your character on the lodestone, you certainly have multiple achievements for potd weapons, but the other achievements you have suggest something is clearly not right.

Maybe your lodestone profile hasn't updated, but (for example), it says you have the achievement for completing the first stage of all the relics... but you'd need level 50 in all ARR jobs for that. According to lodestone your have multiple ARR jobs lower than 50. Likewise it says you have things like completed HW summoner relic, but your summoner is only level 30. It says you've acquired Lucis crafting and gathering tools... but Lucis is 50 and your crafter/gatherers are all (apparently) under that. etc etc :S Your classes basically don't match the achivements...

Did you get a character restore/rollback or something maybe? :S
