    This is sadly the case. Since the Team decided that every job should not differ to much, they went to an even easier "skill system". By removing all damage role actions previously, they wanted to close the gap between casual and hardcore players. And yet you see a lot of players with low dps. Which means, getting customisation actions/skills for jobs will probably never happen due to that gap people argue about. About players not playing their job properly, people not wanting to read a guide and such.

    Everything got easier for the sake of casuals.
