would be nice to get some info that wasn't common sense though imoHeyo!
While some of the information maybe easy to assume, there's nothing wrong with spelling it out and making it clear so everyone knows for sure (like being able to change jobs when you would like to). It's good to share information for a wide audience without the need to talk down to someone who asked it in the first place so let's try and keep it civil.
And Reinheart, as I'm sure you saw from today's post, players will be able to also change jobs once you've obtained the job stones (again name tentative) using text commands, so that will also be helpful in the situation you outlined.
by common sense i mean this, (from class reform)
it says right there, combos off lancer skill.∟DRG WS 1 O Short-range attack.
Combo: LNC WS 2, Bonus: Draws in enemies with enmity towards you.

What i am curious about is what class abilities get locked out when you are whatever job.
IE. can a bard use cure? or sentinel?

I'm sure you don't need a job specific weapon for the job skills, only a class specific weapon.

Good looks Bayohne!
I wasn't referring to all jobs, just specifically bard. I assume that, if you're right, we're going to be singing every time we buff the party, instead of playing our barp? v_v
There goes my sound effect volume.
Thats the whole point, jobs are supposed to be specialised not what we have now, besides its pretty easy to survive inferno with no sentinel. (just means you actually have to be fast on destroying nails)
It won't make jobs inferior at all.
