[Suggestion] Eternal Bonding and Sharing Apartments / FC Rooms

As it exists right now in-game the Housing System does not allow for adventurers who are bonded via the Ceremony of Eternal Bond to share apartment / private rooms together. I think it would be a really wonderful idea to allow those of us with in-game (and out of game) partners to have shared housing.

Currently there is a "work around" to do this:
    1) Have both characters in the same FC.
    2) Have the "owner" of the home add the second player as a "tenant".

Even with this "work around", there leaves no options for couples who might want a smaller space - say the size of an FC room or apartment to co-habitat outside of one of them visiting the other. Any housing adjustments including rare items can not be set down or moved or retrieved except by the "owner".

Could it be possible in the future to allow partners bonded via CoEB to share an apartment space? This would be help especially on servers like Balmung where housing isn't readily available, and honestly my wife and I don't need a whole house to ourselves, even a small one.

I feel like this would be a good idea, or at the very least, when it's a bonded pair owning a home, they should both count as owners (and not count towards tenants). Both should be able to reset the demo timer.

I still say that they should make a "Lovers Lane" housing ward that is just for bonded pairs. It'd be pretty cute.

Unfortunately I feel like this would just be easily exploited by house hoarders. People already search for someone to bond with just for the perks and not because they even know the person, so I'm sure they wouldn't be above using it to get more houses and prevent them from ever getting demolished.

It would be a lot harder to maintain though, since it would require the pair to remain bonded, or they lose the house, and both accounts need to be active / both characters have to step into the house within the demo time period, or they lose it. For a hoarder, trusting another player to keep up with all of that is asking a lot.

Also, I think it should only be for platinum bonding ceremonies, not the lower tiers.

That's fair, but I disagree with the platinum bonding thing. People shouldn't have to pay more irl to get a house, and if they have a lower tier bond then they have to pay for it again? I'd much rather it be time based or something, like they have to be bonded for at least 6 months or something.

A time limit is a good idea.

I still say it should be tied to something on the mogstation, personally. Just would really put off hoarders, since most aren't likely to spend real money on something they don't plan to use.
Maybe make it a 5-10$ item, similar to the bonding items themselves, only instead you're buying the house keys/permits, and you go on another adorable quest? Maybe have the price relate to size of house, and comparable to the pricing of the wedding itself (only knock off like, 5$ at least, since you're not getting a whole instance/cutscene shabang).

Better to allow apartment owners in general to have one tenant than to tie such a feature to CoEB. Considering the number of players who only use CoEB to get the in game items and not because they considered their characters married, it would lead to a lot of problems.
