Need help whit resolution problem

My PC screen resolution is 1920 x 1080.


I was playing the game whit that resolution set up and ''Windowed'' and my average FPS was 30.


I changed to 1280x720 and selected ''Full screen'', now my FPS goes to 50 but the game looks pixelated due low resolution.


After that i try to go back to previous configuration and game freeze, doesnt matter if i try to go back to ''Windowed'' or try adjust the resolution.


There is none error that game tell me, just got freeze and cant do anything appart of force close the game.


Need help to go back to previous configuration or ''Full screen'' at 1920 x 1080.

You can access your settings from the main menu when you first load up the game, or if that doesn't work you can click the "Config" button at the bottom of the launcher and there's an option there to restore all your settings to default.

Tried that too, game crash too, the music on background still goes but the image stop. Im trying to configure back the settings on the main menu before enter the game whitout luck so far...

Tnx fixed and back to 30FPS, i reset all previous settings, i need to reconfigure some stuff but fixed, seems i cant play ''Borderless'' or ''Full screen'' at 1920 x 1080 cuz it keeps crashing

Did you try the Config button on the launcher? It looks like all it'd do is give you the option to default all your settings, but that should at least enable you to launch the game and you could adjust your settings after that.

What else could I think of to try? I noticed you use an nVidia card. You should be able to adjust your game settings with the GeForce Experience app, too.

I don't know if the game has a Repair tool, but that seems worth a try if it does.

The only other thing I could suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the game, but that's best avoided until there are no other options available. Hopefully someone else can come in with some better ideas before it comes to that.

Edit: I'm glad to see you at least got the game to launch again!
