I was wondering if anyone could give me a rundown on what the best 2 stats for each DoW and DoM classes would be for point allocation.

36-32-36. (j/k, j/k).
It varies. Here's something that may help howe'er.
≪Auto-attack Damage Bonus≫
Auto-attack damage bonus per class:
Pugilist: Intelligence, Strength
Gladiator: Mind, Strength
Marauder: Vitality, Strength
Archer: Dexterity, Piety
Lancer: Piety, Strength
Conjurer: Mind, Piety
Thaumaturge: Mind, Piety
Where Pugilist, Gladiator, Lancer, and Marauder, you may see higher output overall (both auto-attack and weapon skills) from increasing Strength due to it affecting attack power as well.
≪Parameters and Their Effects≫
Strength
Attack Power
Damage dealt by puglist, gladiator, marauder, and lancer arms
Vitality
Damage taken
Enhancement Magic Potency
Maximum HP
Damage dealt by marauder arms
Dexterity
Accuracy
Block Rate
Parry
Damage dealt by archer arms
Intelligence
Attack Magic Potency
Damage dealt by pugilist arms
Mind
Healing Magic Potency
Magic Accuracy
Damage dealt by gladiator, thaumaturge, and conjurer arms
Piety
Magic Evasion
Enfeebling Magic Potency
Maximum MP
Damage dealt by archer, lancer, thaumaturge, and conjurer arms
Hope that helps some.
Separate from that post since this one expresses my opinion more...
As a Conjurer, leaning more on survival and healing, I would personally invest points in Vitality and Piety. Vitality for slightly extra HP and defense. Piety for slight boost to MP and magic evasion. Any remnants, thrown into Mind for that healing magic potency.
As a Thaumaturge, I would probably ramp up Mind for the magic accuracy, followed by Intelligence for the attack magic. A resisted spell is a depressing loss of MP and though the stats may have small impact, I would prefer not to have a spell fail, especially when part of a combo.
Very informative, Ive been looking for something like this for a while now~ Thank you ^_^It varies. Here's something that may help howe'er.

As far as point allocation, it's really down to your playstyle and as long as you don't do anything weird like invest in STR on your Thaumaturge, you should be fine. I personally have my CNJ's stats split between INT MND and PIE because I usually play it simultaneously as a nuker and healer. Keep in mind that we will probably be able to re-allocate our stats in the patch coming very soon, so you shouldn't worry too much about messing up.
I'm going to have to suggest for both DoM (and Archer) you should invest some portion of your points in Piety or at the very least get some gear with Piety, because that enfeebling magic potency helps effects like Stone's Magic Evasion Down, Thundara's Stun, Blizzara's Bind, and Shadowbind's Bind effects all land much more frequently and when you can more confidently rely on those effects to land it can really make a difference. Archer's damage is affected by Piety so it's twice as helpful.
