I pre-ordered mine and it still hasn't arrived nor has it said it was shipped as far as I can tell. When I look on the Square-Enix store it says it's available for purchase. Is mine lost or something?

Still awaiting mine no worries. Edit: (but I did not pre-order - I bought it when it came out.)

If you do feel like your experiencing some issues, they should have sent you a confirmation through email which links you to their support page.

I preordered and got mine a few days ago
My copy of The Best is on validated status, however I cannot modify billing or shipping, I can only request to cancel. Meanwhile my Encylopedia 2 can have the shipping or billing modified but also on validated status.
Although realistically you should receive an email when it ships out.
I emailed them about this and was told there were some production issues that caused a delay. No eta on a fix though.
That's interesting. If there was some issue like this I wish they'd email everyone about it so we won't have to keep wondering. I still haven't received mine yet and now their support won't even reply to me about it.

Mine arrived a week or so after ordering. Was pleasantly surprised.
