FFXIV companion app error 320000

I try to open the companion app today and it kept crashing.
It does the version check and all it gives me is a crash with error 320000 and the request to restart the app.

Before i had this error it asked me which character i wanted to use and it showed only a few and not my main

I deleted and reinstalled the app. And was able to run it then
I can also enter my log in info and select my main character but then it tells me that that character is inactive and throws me back to the boot screen.
I know the character is active but at this very moment i'm logged into the game
