I do quite a bit. I got my crafters to 70 within the first month of the expansion being released. I maxed my gatherers before that. I finished leveling my last job to 70 during Patch 4.1. So all of that stuff I've done.

I do go back and do all the sidequests in an expansion because I like clean maps (need to finish SB - still have some left in Yanxia; also should finish the Postmoogle quests at some point)). I've maxed out all beast tribes. I occasionally join Hunt trains on my server (not that often though). I do roulettes to cap.

Most of my time now is spent raiding. Or doing Extreme primals for mounts. Since I have so much maxed on my main, I tend to play alts, I have 2 in HW's main story right now, and other at various stages in ARR.

I usually do a lot of relics to keep myself busy on my main, but I opted out of Eureka. So unless I do old relics, that's not something I fill my time with.

So there's quite a bit to do, but repetition can get boring so I have to mix in alt adventurers so I'm doing something other than "normal endgame stuff".

With this tier having been out of the way for me and my static most of them are on to play other games, busy with IRL stuff like jobs and really only raid log 1-2 times a week for our weekly clears. Which I might also do as well. But at the moment I've been working towards Honest Gillionare (3/4ths way there), spamming mentor roulette (5 times a day at least) and helping friends farm stuff like EX dogs/birds/gearing their alt jobs.

Doing content with friends is really the only reason that keeps me playing FFXIV and is what fills "end game" for me. And mentor roulette as well, it's extremely satisfying and fun to be able to enjoy old ex trials whenever I get one so I guess that's also another end game content that I do daily.

Since I don't raid anymore, and most of the typical "fluff" activities that people list here typically don't interest me (collecting things, finishing xyz log, leveling everything to 70) I actually decided to start a brand-new alt on another server and play through the MSQ again, as well as get some perspective on what the experience is like for newbies now. It's actually been surprisingly fun. My more cynical eye can now see some holes in the narrative and whatnot that I missed the first time around, but being able to redo some class/job quests in particular is pretty awesome. To this day I maintain that the only thing that ever motivates me to level anything to cap beyond healer jobs is the desire to see the job quests. Most of them are pretty great.

I joined the achievement rat race.

You think you're done with the game and then you see the players whose score is well above 15,000 points while you're sitting there at a measly 7000 or so. And then you look at what the achievements actually are and there is SO MUCH TO DO.

Currently grinding out my weaver's crafting log. After that I'll go back to light farming swords for my paladin.
