Blue Mage Concept Art vs Render

Hey Guys

I have a question, as far as I know I haven't seen much changes from Concept to In-game AF of other jobs when they are announced. I wonder if current BLUE Render is not finished or just "placeholder"/"rushed".

There is quite huge differences on shoulders and head piece. Concept is bigger armour and the unicorn is like a piece instead of being embossed in it.

I wonder if it was purposely changed as it wouldn't look right in the game.

I know must of the clothing is similar to an Admiral type of clothing.

But just curious, what you guys think?
