Hum might be wrong but you are applying the rolls OP? You need to apply each time to build on the previous.nifnyou keep cancelling that's why you've only got 2 lines after 10 tries. You're basically resetting progress after each roll. If you're doing that and still have 2 lines max...no idea and ignore this. I just know a few people who didn't apply and wasted a dozen or more light

Yes. I haven't canceled any of my rolls. Just have terrible luck. :/

@ShanXiv: I'm thinking you'll need all 5 lines unlocked for the next step, which is what I'm concerned about.

I stopped doing Eureka after I wasted 32 lights on a PLD weapon and never went past 780 stats. lol.

Believe it or not, I made a sacrificial altar in my house during Saints Wake and used the Khloe doll as a sacrifice. That week I got 3 lines without even having to reroll. Paid for my Fenrir mount.

I have 3 lines unlocked, and like OP I'm worried that for Hydratos we may need all 5 to augment the weapon. I have enough of Pyros... but then again, we get the Pyros achievement right after we turn in the Firezuzu + crystals so... maybe the extra stats are just an optional step?

The high degree of RNG is why I'm not even bothering with that. I already have my Pyros axe with zero substats, so unless I'm going to need them for the next step I don't care. My 390 axe from beating up Ultima over and over is good enough.

I'm curious if the OP is saying 3 lines of sub stats total or 3 lines in the augment? Because when you do the reroll you can get double or triple lines of the same stat which turn into 2-3 sub stats finalized, and at that many rolls he should have reached 5 lines already.

I mean in the augment. I only have two lines right now the original one you get on the first roll plus one more from rerolls. That took three tries. I've accepted every roll, but haven't gained another in 7 tries.

Getting ready to head into Pyros for more light farming now. Hoping I have better luck.
