What tank weapons would you like?

I would like a mace and shield setup so we can actually have additional uses for shields. I can imagine a Templar (TMP) class that uses that. It seems that a gunblade weapon is going to be setup as a class probably for a Commando (COM) class. I also can imagine a tank like Viking (VIK) using one handed axes (like hand axes and francisca) and shields. For two handed weapons, a maul would be awesome for some kind of heavy style tank like a Sentinel (SEN). A glaive polearm class would be good for a Defender (DEF) class. Also a caster tank style Rune Knight (RUN) class could use a dual scimitar setup or a scimitar/shield combo.

I have ideas for other classes too for weapons but I think those work for the tanks.

I would like a dual wielding rune fencer who's gimmick would be to use runes to shield himself and allies.

Anything practical, i.e. not a gun-lance or anything that'd involve trying to wield an object that'd require some 600+ newtons of force just to lift, let alone swing, with a single hand.

I'd most prefer a shield-and-spear, mid-sized for each.

I'd like to keep the ogre-blade dual-sided curved sword weapon (as above) for Beastmaster, which I'd rather see as a hybrid.
