Can't connect to Europe data center 2002

I'm unable to log into the EU datacenter as well, error 6001.

On PC
Wired connection
Discord and Steam also running (without issue)
Tried temporarily disabling my firewall (which has worked in the past) to no avail.

Same problem.
During the day in works wonderful but at night it's impossible to connect or when I connect I have lag or get dc.
I guess it happens because of the combination of large number of online players at night + DDOS.
This problem happens for almost a month now...

Hi,got the same problem since 2 weeks for now, mostly evenings, can't connect or lobby server error and totally random DC everytime. I'm playing on ps never had something like this before and my internet connection is okay so I don't think it's that the problem . Any suggestions or help why this happening on server Phoenix.

Last few days all was okay and literally now disconnects again D:

Same here, constant lost packets, disconnects and all sorts of connection problems.
Started happening week ago, 16th, since then the game is literally unplayable, which is not ideal when sub runs out.
Wired connection through router, running steam and discord, 0 issues when tracing any other IP, every other MMO works just fine without a single packet lost.
Just like described previously, problems starting on GW-Link11.
Tried every other solution posted by moderators, can we please at least get some info on what is the case with Chaos datacenter, every other connects just fine, and I just can't log in while my gametime goes away...
