    Well...

    We currently have:
    3 Tanks
    3 Healers
    3 Ranged Magic
    2 Ranged Physical
    4 Melee Physical

    So, honestly, yeah, we could use another. This breaks down a bit if you group by Gear rather than Role, since DRG and NIN use their own Gearsets. In that case, the split is 3/3/3/2/2/1/1. So, Melee should be added to underrepresented Gearsets.
