    Data server crash lost items

    This morning at 8am CST I was in Alphascape v1.0 savage and had gotten the boss to 1% I then D/C'ed. Tried to log in but would not let me said the lobby server could not be found.

    I restarted computer and checked connection and everything was fine.

    I was able to log into the game 8-10 min's after the outage on SE's side and I had gotten the clear for the run but no book and no chance to loot any items. How can this be rectified?

    I am sorry hear that you are having trouble accessing the game. Just to get a sense of the problem, please provide the following:


    -Platform
    -Error messages received
    -Wired or WIFI connection
    -Other programs being used when running FFXIV
    -When disconnect occurs/How often

    connection lost from game, and I think 2002 (could not connect to lobby)
    Wired
    N/A all major programs were closed, played right after resetting computer, reset again after couldn't reconnect
    Disconnect issue is fixed, I am online

    I want to know if there is anything GM's can do to fix the issue where I cleared o9s during the d/c but did not receive my book from that run for the week, and by the time I logged back in 8-10 min's later I was not able to loot on anything. The D/C was caused because of SE's servers my connection was fine on my end. (I was able to successfully fully log out, and log back in from the FFXIV launch app).

    best way to do that since this doesn't fall under harassment or cheating
