Suggestion: Duty Roulette Extreme

I'm so sorry for my English that is not actually my mother language, but I'll try anyway to write down my suggestion.
I have some Duties that I'll want to do under Extreme difficult but I noticed that too many players sign for it then leave when they see the bonus for newbie players. I don't have a big Free company with a lot of players who ask for help, so please can You add some kind of Duty Roulette for extreme duties in order to make possible for players like me to do this contents? It's a bit frustrating have to wait almost an hour for a content immediately abandoned by other party members or not done at all.

Not sure how OP implied they were looking to be carried. All they said was people leave right off the bat Also if there was an ex roulette, OP wouldn’t have to actually use the roulette to benefit. They would queue straight into whatever specific fight they wanted, and empty seats would have a new pool of players filling them who specifically queued knowing what type of fight they’d get, same as how newbies direct queuing for one of thr msq dungeons are helped by msq roulette.

Regardless of that though, I don’t know if this would really help with people not wanting to bother with these fights It’s probably easier to just try party finder. I’m not against it though.

To be fair, going on experience from using the Mentor Roulette and being thrown in to an Extreme duty, the patience generally is very thin. Some players leave as soon as they enter or get salty when mechs aren't working expecting a smooth fight, unfortunately the Duty Finder (in NA/EU) just isn't cut out for this type of activity and I'm not sure what kind of reward would even be worth the trouble. In most cases using the Party Finder is probably the best option for this kind of stuff.
