What is Blue Mage? (An Educational Post)

Blue Mage is not a traditional battle job! It is side content being added to the ARR base game. You start at level one and are capped at level fifty. It combines a relic-esque RNG grind to collect abilities that you then use in a rock, paper, scissors style mini-game. But rather than just tell you about it, I'll show you the slides from the PLL letter that explain this.
