If they did anything within 2 hours, then I would leave it to ingame reports. Been over an hour total now that I've been watching this bot string, and they're still cycling through. Well, the quest bot string might have stopped? But the group that pops in behind the bar in the same place are still popping in, and vanishing in duties. And again. You're not supposed to be able to get behind the bar.

Make a report either in-game on the support desk or through FFXIV's website support forms.

You cannot name players on the forums like this no matter what they have done or are doing, it is against the rules so you might want to edit the player name out of your post here. It it just how the forums work.

If you submit a report through SE's support desk or website you can freely name the character who you believe is breaking the ToS. You will not get a response likely and sadly they are extremely slow dealing with bots and the like so it is best you just report and move on with your day.

Alright. Fair enough. Just wish they had a way to more than IP ban these guys where an IP change wouldn't get around it.
