All of that sounds pretty great, helps the community be happier with duty finder and helps honest players who missed or forgot something from having a frustrating time with themselves (disappointment they're not performing) and with others who are raging on them.

Also not really directly related but I'd like to see duty finder let you come in with your unlocked skill kit but perhaps give other unsynced players a /small/ benefit to counter balance that. Pressing 1 to win after used to your whole skill set is.. uh.. weeee lol. On that also tanks could really use an enmity bonus when their team mates greatly out iLevel them (particularly when you're going from uncap to capped experiences where you're in 69 gear and everyone else is in massively capped 70 gear).
