Blacklist improvement

Not entirely sure where else to put a topic such as this, but here goes.

Can we get a function added to the blacklist, mines honestly getting too long to remember whos on the blacklist and why they are there.
Between loot and run mount farmers, pure toxicity, and just people i dont really want to party with(trolls etc).

Please add the ability to put a note next to anyone on your blacklist.
