Require More Clarification for Data Center Expansion From Dev Group

During the live letter, the data center expansion is listed in 4.5 features. My questions for dev group are:

• When exactly will the data center expansion happen? Is it at the same date of patch 4.5 part 1? Or is it during part 1 and part 2? Or is it at part 2?
• The live letter showed the reimbursement for personal house and apartment. How will FC house work in the process?
• We will get free of transfer during two weeks. Will there be unlimited free transfer during these two weeks, or is there one time free transfer that we can use during the two weeks? Answered

Thank you in advance. This data center expansion is a huge deal for us, since our social network and statics are highly affected by this decision. We require more clarification to plan things ahead.

—I don’t think Free Company estates qualify for the reimbursements, but I would have to double check. But since they technically belong to the Free Company as a whole, I don’t know if the leader would get any reimbursements for demolition if they decided to move.

—I’m assuming it will be a one-time transfer for any character you have: so if you have 3 characters, all 3 are allowed to transfer, but only once. But don’t quote me on that.

I thought they mentioned something about not being locked to the transfer in the live letter, but dont hold me to that.

They didn't state a limit on how many times you could transfer but you have to wait 3 days between transfers.

I watched the live letter again. They did not state the date for this thing to happen, and they also said that the transfer is unlimited within 2 weeks but a 3 days lock is applied between each transfer.
So my question 1 and 2 are still needed to by answered by Dev group.

I’m fairly certain that the server shuffling is happening at the same time world visiting is going live, which I believe they stated was around when Part 2 would be released. All other sources I have read are citing Part 2 as being when this is all going live. I’m fairly certain that it is not happening during Part 1 of 4.5.

Honestly, if they had something in mind for FC houses, they would have said so; they were fairly detailed with what they would be offering for transfers. But your best bet for additional details would be the next live letter in december.

This was the general heads up, this is coming. If they hold true to form, there will be another notice a few weeks before this actually starts and possibly a special website with all the information on it similar to what happened with the last housing update.

Most likely not, considering FCs are based on the home server, and doesn't really interact with the data center, I'd see no need for FCs to move. If the leader wants to move, then that's their choice, but an FC as a whole would be unaffected in the context of being an FC
