    Regarding Data Center Shuffle

    I may have missed this bit of info but does anyone know when the world shuffle and addition of the Crystal DC is supposed to take effect? Personally I am hoping for it to happen around 5.0 rather than 4.5, at least giving the opportunity to wrap up Stormblood with the existing social circles we have before they inevitably get messed up. If you have a solid, for sure answer, great. I just wanna know how much time we have.

    Still waiting on direct quotes but all signs point to the second half of 4.5, which will be much closer to 5.0.

    This. They never said it would be rolled out with 4.5, just that that patch is when it would happen. Given the lack of true clarification it either means they're still tweaking the implementation and don't have a set date, or it'll be towards the second half like Inkstained said.

    They only mentioned that world visit is in 4.5 part 2. But yeah they really need to tell us when exactly this data center expansion will happen.

    It would be foolish for them to move servers after implementing world visit, so we can at least assume it would be before that.
