Personal Estate Ownership Suggestion

With the 4.2 restriction in place of only being allowed to own one personal estate, and one FC Estate (which I think was definitely long overdue), I'd really like to suggest and get some feedback from others on the idea of having ownership of the personal estate shared by all characters on the same service account on that world.

This would mean that while the purchasing character would have their name listed on the placard in front of the house, all of the other characters from that account that have that world as their Home World would be able to teleport to the estate, make furniture/estate changes, use the garden, etc. I'd guess that this could be achieved by flagging each of the characters from that account/Home World as built in 'tenants' for that estate.

What would also be nice is if each character in that account/Home World could count towards resetting the housing reset timer and could be able to demolish the estate if necessary. However, I do know that that would probably require some more challenging programming tweaks.

They've got people working on house sharing with alts. We don't have any details on how it will work or when it will be available.
