BLU potential skills & enemies

There's a ton of "Improves next ability" actions like DRG's Life Surge, BRD's Barrage, and NIN's Duality, but with cooldowns so you're not having to spam them.

I'd assume BLU's will be the same.

Sorry, I misinterpreted your post to mean a spammable booster like Dark Arts. A booster with a cooldown would be fine.

Angra Mainyu uses lv150 Death.
They confirmed that lv5 Death will be learned in the Great Gubal Library after they raise the level cap to 60.

Lvl 5 Petrify is also in game. It can be found in the Labyrinth of the Ancients. Its cast by the Rotting Eye adds from the first boss, Zombie Dragon.
