    Mogstation Help

    I attempted to purchase a subscription this morning and it didn't even go through besides the 1$. I attempted again and this time it went through saying pending. But I never actually finished the whole payment process because this error showed before I even had a chance to enter my card information.

    I ran into the same error code today. The credit card I've been using for almost a year suddenly is not working and I keep getting this Error Code 601 when trying to enter another card. Figures my monthly sub would just happen to run out today. I put in a support ticket, don't know how long it will be until it is responded to. However, I'm stuck out of game until it does.

    Yup which is weird because I know the card works (As I bought a Fantasia yesterday) and now I have pending transactions on my card for Mogstation. It looks like the payment may have actually gone through but the subscription does not show up for me. I've had a few others have problems the past few days with Mogstation as well. Which is a bit upsetting because prior to this I have never had any issues. Hopefully it will be resolved shortly but like you I can't play until it's fixed.

    I made two optional item purchases yesterday too. Got the fanfest items cause I'm a big FFVII fan. I was very surprised when I tried logging in today and found my sub-inactive. Wonder if those purchases had something to do with it. I had used gift cards I got for my birthday to get them. Maybe that caused some billing confusion.

    I don't think so if you were able to buy the other things successfully. I decided to resub because my free play trial ended and after seeing the new expansion trailer well I had to resub. Was your subscription not supposed to end so soon? I remember when I first logged onto Mogstation this morning it didn't show the list of my characters and instead it said "We can not attain your character data because of maintenance." I wonder if there is some kind of quick maintenance going on.

    I ended up grabbing a game time card code from Amazon for now. That worked for me. I'd rather not, but I doubt I'll hear anything this weekend.

    I got the same error the other day. The card's been working just fine for years and suddenly this.
    I ended up buying crysta through paypal but going to hold on to resubbing till the Starlight event comes out.
    I do hope this gets sorted out and a relief to know it's not just me who suddenly got that error. :/

    A 601 error is a billing error, not a technical one. As such, this is not the proper channel for support. Please contact the Square Enix Support Center for further assistance. The Support Center can contacted using the following link: https://support.na.square-enix.com/m...p?id=5382&la=1

    Looks like the problem is resolved this morning. I just tried again and was able to add my subscription using the same card as before. If you have not already, you may want to give it a try again.
