Issue with Blue Mage: Open World Farming Needs LEVEL SYNC

The more I think about and get excited to hunt monsters and farm Blue Mage Magic, I have to default back to this game needs a party level sync feature outside of Fates and Dungeons. If someone wants to play a blue mage and is level 10, and I want to learn a blue mage spell and I'm level 30, it would be nice if I can team up with my friend and level sync to his 10, thus allowing me to party without hurting their XP.

Yoshi-P said this wasn't hard to implement in the current system at FanFest 2016, so it would be great if we could get this sooner rather then later.

Despite how fast leveling can be with this job... it's clear that Level Sync for Open world Parties would be a huge help... Yoshi-P said this wouldn't be that hard to do several years ago, can we get an update on if this is still coming?
