Unable to play at this one character

I have four characters I used, one main and three alts.

My main is in Typhon, and since I have a problem with my computer I can't access PvP areas and I can't complete SMN job quest. Everytime I entered it always either froze or crash.

For days ago my brother helped me clear the quest with his computer, hoping I can finish current level caps but suddenly it crashed. Now everytime he tried to access my main it always quits the game. Today I tried logging back in only to see the game froze and unable to quit or reset the game so I had to shut it down manually.

I don't think it's the computer since it happened with two different PC.

Put this under "bug reports" instead of general discussion. You will likely get more attention from a GM there than here. If its not a PC issue they are the ones you wanna talk to. You can also put in a ticket under the customer service tab on the Lodestone

It sounds like the old 'game crashes zoning between the main server and instance server and character gets trapped in limbo' bug again. Unfortunatley, this rare issue only tends be fixed when the game goes down for maintenence, where it will automatically kick your character back to your home server (I think there is a time limit for the client to have a character attempt to zone into instance content and which is meant to move them back to their home server if it fails to do so, but sometimes it fails to occur and this issue happens). Submitting a bug report as mentioned above may help also.

I hope you can get this issue fixed quickly either way.
