I submitted my artwork right before the deadline and later realized that in my hurry what I uploaded was a low resolution preview image I sent to a friend to get feedback on how it looked.
According to the rules my piece would be disqualified immediately because the DPI is below 300, and I can't find any way to upload the correct image, which I have at the ready.
I understand if it's too late, it was entirely my mistake, just wondering if there's any way I can fix it.

Hi! I was successful in being one of the top 30 finalists at fan fest in Paris. Both physical entries have been missed off the announcement posted up on the lodestone today.
Is there a reason for this or just an oversight?

I’m kinda a little disappointed as I had worked hours bringing that peice to life and I was extremely happy at the event to see it made it there.
I’ve raised a ticket for the query as well.

Were they removed from the competition?

I hope someone can help.
