    Disconnections 90006 for 3-4 months

Hi, this game is disconnecting me (90006) every 20-30 mins in the evenings. If I'm in a raid/dungeon I get disconnected more often, like every 5 minutes. In the mornings I can play like 1-3 hours before I get 90006. Yesterday evening I luckily could play all evening without any 90006, but that doesn't happen often. The game is not playable for me right now.

I started to traceroute (195.82.50.9) before and after I get 90006. My average ping is 38-40 ms all the time. I don't know why I get 90006, so I need help.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

I apologize for the delay in my response. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, can you provide the following information:

    - Platform (PC, PS4, Mac)
    - Type of connection (wired or wireless)
    - Other programs running while the game is playing (if any)
    - Everything you have tried to resolve the issue

You mentioned you conducted a trace route, correct? Can you provide that as well?

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

Thank you for posting in the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums,

We apologize for the delay in our response, please try the following :

    - Check to see if the following port ranges are opened on your router or modem . You can contact your ISP and request they open them for you:
    ▼TCP
    54992 through 54994,
    55006 through 55007,
    55021 through 55040

-Try disabling background applications and do a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the “Start up” tab. Disable everything and then restart the PC.

    Hope to see you online!
