    Where is the Crystal data center going to be located?

    They didn't say, but no reason to assume it won't be with the others. I can't see them spending money on another facility. If they had any interest in doing west/east servers they wouldn't have moved both of them from Montreal to begin with.

    Yeah, I don't think they're going to be relocated, just...separated into smaller parts at the same location.

    The servers are also for other players in the world who aren't in NA, so Central/South America and parts of Oceania. Yeah sure you could split them East and West but that's not cost effective, and some people still have routing issues regardless of where they are.
