My concern with this is that the lower populated servers will struggle to sell anything without severely undercutting, because the prices on those servers are high due to the low population. People will just visit other servers to buy things, so those lower pop servers will struggle to sell anything, and thus struggle to make any money at all to buy anything period. And since you can only sell on your own server, well...

I can only say that I'm concerned for the economic chaos that will occur for all servers at this point.

You can view MB prices across all servers online. It would only take one person per item to view the prices and adjust their selling price. Other sellers on the server will follow suit if they wish to sell items in a timely fashion. Larger servers will have the advantage of being the first place uninformed players go, but smaller servers won't have issues with congestion.

Why do you think lower population worlds will suffer when they will soon have hundreds and thousands of new visitors to buy their wares.
They will only suffer if they want to try extort huge profits like they currently are.

Why would hundreds of people go to the lower populated and more expensive worlds to buy things?

Even if they couldn't go the most populated and cheaper ones, they can still go to the ones a step below. And it's not just those lower pop worlds I'm concerned for. I'm concerned for the entire economy as a whole. Higher pop worlds will have their cheaper items bought up, which will inflate prices, and lower pop worlds will have no one buying their stuff causing deflation. The hope is, of course, that it all balances out. Until then, lower pop worlds will have to adjust to not making as much, and higher pop worlds will have to adjust to spending more.

If it means new glamour items have a faster price drop I'm okay with it. People buying all of one item to resell it seems a bit redundant though, and the profit can only be had from that IF the item in question can actually sell.

I just wonder how long before Balmung is struck off the visit list because either people who transferred going to see friends, players going to see what all the fuss is about and the RMT bit invasion it's going to be insane.

The only issue with that is that the things you'd sell to get the money to buy said glams will also drop in price. So they're not actually going to be much cheaper, if it all unless you're already rich prior to the change.
