The new teaser/trailer

As many of you I loved the new teaser. Many questions have risen, but one I haven’t seen yet.

It might be just me but I can’t recognise fully the voice talking during it? Is it alphinaud? If so that is very curious as we still not sure what happened to him. If you do recognise the voice let me know as I’m just not sure..

Now I just wish they'd do the same for BLM. ;.; Maybe in a Sharlayan centric expansion.

It's probably Gendry from Game of Thrones again.

He goes by Arbert in this game -- the Warrior of Darkness (Warrior job) in Heavensward.

The voice is extremely similar, especially the way he enunciates certain words ("Light" in particular, he ends with an unusually strong T sound in HW and in the trailer.)

GF believes it is supposed to be "Zenos" talking for the clash segment. Makes sense considering what he says.

The voice is either Alphinaud or Shadowhunter. Why else are their 4.3 and 4.4 cutscenes not receiving any voice acting even though the rest are? SE doesn't want the voice tied to a character identity yet.

Also, Alphinaud out of all the Scions doesn't seem to be affected (we can't be certain about Krile yet). If the voice is either Alphinaud or Shadowhunter, the speaker would not want their actions influenced since that might alter future actions and prevent them from sending the warning.

While originally I was thinking Alphinaud before the teaser because it sounds like a mature Alphinaud would, I'm actually leaning toward Shadowhunter now. I don't think that Alphinaud would have said "For the one they called the Warrior of Light" as if the Warrior of Light was a stranger instead of a close friend. I definitely could see Shadowhunter saying it that way.

I'm pretty sure it's Arbert, sounds exactly like him and I'm doing the WoD segment on an alt right now.

Definitely Arbert. He did warn about the light flood in HW segment in the end and the voice perfectly match his. It's just stating what he sort of foreshadowed.
