A concern about hunts with the new cross-world feature

Since xworlds if you don't use outside apps (Horus and Discord) mainly to alert you to the current S rank you are up the creek w/o a paddle. A well known farm group which will remain nameless but everyone on my server group knows who they are, from the xworld server calls out in Discord then by the time our server relays hit IF you are lucky enough to have someone relaying within game, will run and kill the boss within 2-3 min of the original discord notice. This "group" moves from server to server withing the xworlds sucking up every S rank when the timer pops. I have even been attempting to spawn, had a linkshell callout and missed the kill.

People are famous for messing with timers on these apps so I can't really tell when to attempt to spawn anymore. I'm like: is the timer correct or am I fishing, popping maps or killing fates for a certain boss that is already long dead? Is the timer really correct?? DC messes with my pc so I don't use it nor should I have to utilize ANY outside app when accessing content. I have not seen A ranks as an issue just S ranks but they are making people real cranky and I am weary of players shouting out to USE DC or Horus!, etc. after I don't make it to a kill. I am for xworld Wanderers not receiving credit S ranks period on other servers due to the long timers and forced outside apps needed to attempt content I am paying for.
