We have a pretty healthy community of hunters on Jenova that hunt sniping on our server shouldn't be an issue. We have dedicated hunters keeping an eye on the SB A-ranks and all S-ranks pretty much 24/7. I guess it would vary server by server but those with a healthy hunt community shouldn't have a problem with things being sniped.
