Looks like the problem is resolved this morning. I just tried again and was able to add my subscription using the same card as before. If you have not already, you may want to give it a try again.

A 601 error is a billing error, not a technical one. As such, this is not the proper channel for support. Please contact the Square Enix Support Center for further assistance. The Support Center can contacted using the following link: https://support.na.square-enix.com/m...p?id=5382&la=1
This thread will be moved to the 'Separate Support Required’ subforum as contact with the Square Enix Support Center is necessary to resolve the issue.
